Every successful custom home starts with a thoughtful plan. That’s why we begin each new build with a Preconstruction Services Agreement (PSA). It covers all the early-stage work (ie. site evaluations, design collaboration, and comprehensive estimating) that lays the foundation for what’s to come. Once the PSA is signed and the project-specific deposit is received, we’re ready to dig into the details. This agreement makes sure that your new home build starts with clarity, efficiency, and a shared commitment to excellence from day one.
